Reason for malfunction:

Solution:
1. 1. Check if there is a short circuit at the output terminal. 2. Check if there is a short circuit in the power cable. 3. Check if the motor resistance is symmetrical.
2. 1. Confirm if the encoder wiring is secure. 2. Confirm if the encoder cable is grounded at the frequency converter end. 3. The motor casing is grounded. 4. Try replacing the encoder and encoder cable.
3. If there is no active load (gravity load, tension load, etc.), overvoltage suppression can be activated. If conditions permit, a braking resistor can be connected. VF is F3-19, and vector control is enabled by the second bit (bit1) VdcMax of AB-25 (first motor parameter).
4. Please set F9-67/68 for the synchronous machine. Setting a shorter overspeed protection time can effectively prevent the back electromotive force from exceeding the overvoltage point of the frequency converter after the runaway.
5. The power of the braking module shall not be less than the power of the inverter. For continuous load, it can be selected according to 0.8 times the motor power, and for short-term overload, it can reach 1.5 times the motor power.
6. Check if the braking resistor is properly connected.
7. The speed loop overshoot is severe, and arc RFG and acceleration feedforward can be configured to improve the speed loop tracking performance.
8. Turn on the oscillation suppression function and optimize the VF oscillation suppression coefficient.
